FYI: Kornze is Nevadan that knows the land issues well and a former senior staff member to Senator/Majority Leader Harry Reid.

This issue is not closed.
And you have to ask yourself who is pulling BLM's Strings so hard? And Why Now?

Perhaps it is beef prices if they seize and slaughter the cattle right now they can make several times the grazing fees and basically keep all of it and leave Bundy destitute. A win win.

What sucks is, per the letter of the law, the Bundy's are violating the law. Why Americans are standing up against BLM is because the people who work for the government are creating and bending laws and rules in an effort to build their own wealth, the wealth of their families, the wealth of the Government, and using federal police forces to do it.

Our founding fathers fought the Revolution and started this country to escape the tyranny and abuse of the "Ruling Class". Unfortunately, the seed doesn't fall far from the tree.

And so today, freedom loving Americans are faced with a challenge of standing up for what is right verses what the people on Capitol Hill are saying is legal. And this is why I say we need to restore our country to its former self. A time when he Constitution was respected and recognized as the greatest foundation ever laid for a country to grow.

During my last security interview, I was asked if I was a member of any group or organization that was plotting to overthrow the United States. I was very tempted to ask if working for the federal government counted as a yes. We are falling apart from the inside.

Vote; vote well and vote frequently for honorable men and women. If we don’t, a battle of might will replace the battle of wit and will.

Mark Levin has a great take on this.

It is a bit long (13 minutes), but it is only audio so you can listen to it while you are doing something else.

Ron Paul commented on the Ranch Standoff.

I agree I think they are regrouping and waiting for his supporters to thin out. Then they are probably going to go in.

Also heard Judge talk about it too.

I see this as a "lab experiment".

In about 2, maybe 3 years? We're gonna be rounded up, and put into "camps"... Dunno by who, but I can tell you this... we're gonna be in good company.

And all those young punks on the wall, better watch "The Great Escape" with Steve McQueen. Cuz' we're gonna be lil' naughty escapees.

I saw on Fox News this morning that the latest on the "Cattle Battle" is that the Bundys have now discovered that the feds, while they were in possession of the land and cattle they seized, destroyed fences and watering facilities. That, while hateful, overbearing and just plain nasty, might be colorably claimed to have been a measure to keep what the feds say is "trespassing" from continuing.

But it also appears that they killed 2 prize bulls. It had already been reported that it appeared that an unknown number of cattle had been "euthanized" and buried in a mass grave.

This is indefensible. It is malicious waste of another's property. There is no possible justification for this wanton destruction of valuable property. The only explanation for it is that there was a desire to destroy the Bundy enterprise financially. If, as the feds say, Bundy owed over $1 million in grazing fees, then the BLM and its henchmen were obligated when they seized these cattle (worth in excess of $2,000 each just for the common stock, according to press coverage) they were obligated to both the Bundys and the federal government to protect that valuable property and sell it so as to apply the proceeds to the alleged grazing-fee debt of the Bundys.

Whoever is ultimately responsible for these acts, as well as the people who actually performed them, should be fired, held financially responsible for the lost value, and prosecuted for criminal destruction of valuable property. Just as Rory and Harry Reid have both told the nation recently on TV, we need a country where the law is enforced. But that should apply to the damned Reids and the feds, too.

Something I 100% expect from the criminals in charge. It would be justice if someone was held liable for what they did. Additionally it is illegal to bury cattle in that manner, so someone needs to answer for that too!

Remember the conversation we had a while ago about the Feds buying all that Ammo? You all think they planned for incidents like this or what?

As I see it we now have 3 powder kegs in this country that could blow up and cause holy hell:

1 Connecticut new gun laws and the registration and confiscation of the "Assault Weapons" attempts

2 New York new gun laws and the registration and confiscation of the semi-automatic weapons

3. The Bundy ranch situation

Okay let me put my :tinfoil: on and ask this; does anyone think that all of these powder kegs have been put in motion on accident. Will Connecticut and New York learn a lesson from the Bundy ranch situation and not try to enforce their new laws that the people are ignoring?

They won't do enforcement, but they will BUREAUCRAT YOU TO DEATH!

Wanna get a building permit? Held up in court. Paying taxes? Oh! IRS wants to audit you every year! Need to file SSI? Oh! You need to get form B, and have that showing your earning since Noah got on a friggin' boat.

They don't NEED guns... they have PAPER!

And the courts are about as worthless because no judge wants to create case law anymore...
