I think they did arrest him and the FBI is telling CNN to STFU.

They're probably grilling the suspect to find out where his buddies are.

Apparently the Saudi they first fingered is getting a quick deportation, the day after Zero had an unscheduled meeting with a Saudi minister in the WH. The "student's" family is a wealthy Saudi clan that is filled with AQ members. Like Russian diplomats during the Cold War, Saudis get to bring their criminals home before they can be prosecuted here.
