A few places in Hampton Roads, I didn't read through all 420 posts in this topic, so forgive me if these are repeats...

Posted:
All Langley FCU branches
Costco (In their Membership Policies)
Patrick Henry Mall (Small sign in entrance that is marked "Rules")
Tuesday Morning
Toys 'R Us (Newport News)
Cinebistro (Hampton)
Hiyashi Sushi & Grill (Hampton)
Buffalo Wild Wings (Newport News & Hampton)
Mariner's Museum (Newport News)
Family Dollars

Pro-Carry:
Wawa (all in Hampton/NN never had issue with open carry)
7-Eleven (same as Wawa)
Krispy Kreme
Bass Pro (confirmed with Manager Open Carry allowed, as well as concealed, sign at front door advising to check weapons is for in-store purchase returns or servicing)
Walmart in NN and Hampton
Harris Teeter in NN
Five Below in NN
Tread quarters (NN near Kiln Creek, service manager likes guns)
Kroger
Target

All the pro-carry I have both open and concealed carry without any issues.

I didn't read all the posts but while Costco doesn't have any "No Guns" signs that I could see, when I entered once in Chesterfield, the guy checking our Membership Card saw my carry arm when I reached for my wallet and said "those are not welcome here." I basically ignored him and kept walking and nothing further happened.

From the VCDL website:

https://vcdl.org/CarryInfo
A Concealed Weapon Permit is nothing more than a permit to allow a LAC to wear a jacket.
