Bill, I need to add one more to my group. Michael is bringing his friend Chris who was at the Culpeper shoot and greet. Sorry for the late addition but we were waiting for his grades and parents permission. So I will have 3 total and two tents. Thanks

As I count it, it looks like about 42 adults and a few kids. I don't want to close the sign-up thread - so if you want to attend and haven't signed up yet, please do so. That way we can keep a fairly accurate head count.

Hey Rick, I don't see any sense in closeing the sign up list at any time. I think we should just let it run as some people may not be sure till the last min. This way we don't take the chance of closeing anyone out. I don't want to keep anyone from being able to shoot with both family and friend's and not with a price tag on range time. I just want people to enjoy themselves and get to know more people across the state that are also VGOF members or that may become VGOF members after meeting some of us.

I have not kept up with this event. Sorry. I hope my post from 3/8/10 suffices. Other than tent space, I have no needs. I was planning on bringing a bunch of fun toys to play with, a ton of reloaded ammunition, homebrewed beer to share, and my dog, Aero.

May I still be included in the festivities?
