Hey, my birthday is tomorrow too!CajunBass wrote:However, my wife picked this one up to replace it over the weekend, and gave it to me for my birthday tomorrow. After all, you can never have too many 22's.

How do you like that P22?

My guess is that this is a Ruger 10/22 in an Archangel stock.mandoo4u wrote:bossgvr4 wrote:Here's my plinker ..
What gun is this? Is this with a conversion kit of some kind?
Thanks. ^^

My Ruger 10/22 in a Blackhawk Axiom R/F stock. I want to convert to a "heavy" carbon fiber barrel. Any advice on that is welcomed. Scope is a fixed Nikon ProStaff 4x.

Five months. Around the time my son was one month old, I was looking after him for the day... and what's a father to do with his son... take him to Virginia Arms in Manasas. I bought the P22 that day on a whim, and while filling out the paper work looked down at him and said, "One day this will be yours." You gotta love Virginia Arms. While I was in there, two of the salesmen were giving me advice on how to rock my son to sleep, and a female patron begged to hold him. Very family friendly.mandoo4u wrote: YAY!!! Another member with the P22. =D
How long have you had your P22? I have mine for about a month now and I love it.
Nice looking Ruger. Hope to get one soon. =D

Like my son, the P22 had feeding problems at first but that has been resolved. They are both keepers.
