You can get a much better price from Model One Sales on an upper, and a RRA lower. The Sales upper comes assembled. Use the money saved to buy a RRA drop in trigger job and a Ciener .22lr conversion unit, so that you can learn to hit swiftly, with spending a lot less on traveling to a centerfire range, and on the ammo, of course.
