At this point? I don't really care anymore.
Punks jump up to get beat down. Lotsa talkers, not many walkers in the guv'mint.
My worry? Someone in OUR community gets tired of this bullshiznit... and decides to open up. (shakes head) Taking the gun control pressure to "11".

Gray's death ruled a homicide, 6 officers charged.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/ ... -homicide-
Really.
Was watching the news and apparently the reason given for the arrest was an illegal knife, specifically a spring-assisted knife kind of like the one's Kershaw (and others) make. The reporter stated it was a common, short-bladed, folding knife and not illegal in MD. Didn't give a source.
Let's presume the story about the knife is true, that is was not an illegal knife. In that case, everything that happened after Gray was falsely arrested is considered assault under the law. An assault that resulted in his death.
I'm going to wait and see what other facts come out. Not sure who did what to whom, but if the charges against the 6 cops stand, any of them that end up in prison won't live to see parole.
The next thing that needs to happen is LE needs to review video tape and charge anyone who they can positively identify as having committed a criminal act during the riots, and prosecute them accordingly. Won't hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

The race war has been going on for years now. Two years ago it escalated with "the knockout game". Whether this citizen was victimized this week or two weeks ago is immaterial.

She had clear hate and contempt in her voice at the news conference. She is a Democrat in office for 4 months and according to officer.com has direct ties with the attorney for Greys family. On cue Obama goes on TV and says that "Justice must be served" against the cops.
WTF?

I like what State Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said. I'm glad that the officers are being charged. If you do something wrong, you need to be held accountable, regardless of who you are or what you do.

Might help if her husband was not a council member, Gray's attorney had not donated 5K to her campaign and been on her transition team.

If we used stuff like that for a benchmark, we would literally have to fire and/or discredit every politician in American history. Even in the private sector, we would have to fire a majority of employees in every private business.

Sgt. Lennardo Bailey told the “Eastern Command Staff” [sic’d]:
“I have been to five calls today and three of those five calls for service; I have been challenged to a fight. Some of them I blew off but one of them almost got ugly. I don’t want anybody to say that I did not tell them what is going on. This is no intel this is really what’s going on the street. This is my formal notification. It is about to get ugly.”

So let me get this right...
We are being oppressed by the police, so until we get justice, let's riot and kill police.
Now, they get justice and then they celebrate by...
Yea! We won! let's riot and kill more police!
Is there a version of this story that doesn't end in riots and bloodshed?

Sure, Marc. It's the version that's honestly about justice. But, that version is pure fiction.
All this is, is an excuse to be violent and destructive.

You recuse yourself when there is a conflict of interest which she clearly has.

Megyn Kelly had on a Baltimore cop who said that Gray was a police informant and that the entire arrest was a show. If true this is going to blow the lid off the case.

That is an interesting twist that I didn't see coming.
Sounds like they are in cover-up mode already. Before you know it, this story will have so much spin, it will have its own gravitational pull.

Here are the mugshots of the six officers charged in Baltimore. Doesn't quite fit the racist narrative, does it?
