Having not read the complaint, I'm presuming its over their editing the 911 police call that manipulated words to create the illusion of racism by Zimmerman.Editor’s note: George Zimmerman has sued NBC Universal for defamation. The company strongly denies the allegation.

911 Police Dispatcher: “OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?”
Zimmerman: “He looks black.”
