Mamabear you report judges like this to the Chief Justice of VA. I will be doing so but I wanted to find out his "decision" first to include in the report.

I say we start a letter writing campaign to get this jackwagon judge REMOVED from him position!

Because if he behaves THIS way on a simple gun permit, how does he behave in OTHER PROFESSIONAL AREAS!?!? How many of his cases have been overturned on appeal? How many censures has he gotten from the ABA of VA?

We get that info, and start a petition to just have him removed from office.

Hey guys my CHP was approved and I have it now. I think I'll still write a letter to the Chief Justice so hopefully other people won't have to deal with this judge asking them to appear in court.

Virginia is a shall issue state. I have never heard about, or read anywhere, that this is a requirement
