Ive been liveing here in Stafford for way too long, more then 20 years. It is way over populated. Sometimes you see a stray soul carrying in Walmart or at a gamestop when they have a midnight release. I usually CC now but I intend to OC a little bit more in the future.

For the past three years I have lived in VA I have OC & have had more positive feedback than I have had negative. The most common question I get is "Why do you carry a gun?"
