H&R makes the handi rifle in just about every caliber and they are very reliable and a straight shooter. Very cheap as well

Bud's gun shop online has Mosin Nagants in stock for 109 and change. They come with a few accessories as well. I purchased 2 of those 440 round surplus ammo tins online but I know Guns and Ammo Warehouse in Manassas also stocks 7.62R at decent pricing. I'm not sure what part of Va the OP lives in though.
