Ya it's screwy, I was talking to a cop in New Bern (Craven Co) who said carry anywhere that's not telling you not to, and OC is fine. But I've also read that a lot of NC counties have banned OC (display bans) Nothing worse than conflicting info that can turn you in to a felon. According to the travel guide that VCDL gave me NC has firearms preemption and OC is unrestricted, but I don't think so.cabrera wrote:Kind of negates the "reciprocal" agreement.
