Oh, yeah... Foxfire. That was an awesome series. The first one gives detailed instructions on how to produce moonshine. Includes tips on hiding your still :) Also covered is soap making, knife making, and hog dressing. Oh, and how to build log cabins and chimneys.

I read a lot of books about survival and didn't learn much. Then I got into Civil War re-enacting/Living History. That's where I really learned how to live off the land and make usefull things for when SHTF.
Life....sexually transmitted and 100% fatal.
