There are some reports of the muzzle threads being off enough to wreck silencers. Not surprising, really, as I doubt Ruger really knows how to thread guns for anything more demanding than flash hiders. So play it safe and check concentricity before using a can with this gun.

Good to know, but Ruger should do better.

One would hope, particularly since they're doing a threaded Mk III now, but with Ruger it can be hard to say...
