Employer wins, not as to the ownership of an interest in real property which could justify the prohibition, but because they can tell you you're fired for doing what they told you not to do. Virginia is an "at-will employment" state, and unless termination of the relationship is due to some reason that is related to your being a member of a statutorily protected class of people, they can fire you "for good reason, bad reason, or no reason at all." Doesn't matter who owns the parking lot or how many tenants are in the building. There's a difference between being fired from your job and being arrested for criminal trespass, and I assume it's not the latter you're worried about.
