Why do we keep calling it "Main Stream" when it seems most people don't like it and would rather get their news elsewhere?
It seems to me that is has more to do with being the only gigs in town (thanks FCC) rather than being middle ground or main stream in their coverage. Just sayin.

Thank FSM for Fios. There's more to news than Faux and the Clinton News Network. It's really hard to even call the garbage that MSM puts out these days "news".
Fact is that her attorneys admitted that she is here illegally. That does not by assumption mean that her parents are here illegally. Possible explanation - They may have had a job visa, but typical job visa does not allow you to bring your child with you. So they may have brought her here against the law.
The fact that the parents' status is 'unknown' is beyond me - the gov't has files on all of us and especially immigrants. It should not take them too long to determine parents' status.
Regardless. I am not sure if this case is about her switching faith, or her getting medical treatment. Seems to me attorneys are making more emphasis on her medical condition and treatment.
Regardless. To answer original post question - The law should be blind, she and others like her should get the exact similar treatment. Speculations and media involvement should be disregarded in court. My case did not get media attention and gov't wasted a year of my time and money for extra filings while they were making empty demands outside of their jurisdiction and authority. But if you know you are right and you stick to your truth and facts, you will see the light of day.
If there is a reasonable belief that she will be killed for her new faith - attorneys should be able to use this as provision for asylum. Just dont muddle faith with medical treatment -- two separate issues make it hard for the judge to give unbiased decision.
