The square tube post, here is a pick of something similar.

Getting it just right will probably take some experimenting. 15-30 degrees is ideal. It may need multiple hooks too. This pic is from a design that goes on a pole (and tilts forward *slightly*, too little IMO), but the same physics works for hanging too. Don't know where I saw that before (and can't seem to find it again), so perhaps I just made it up?
