How often do they have those Utah classes? I cannot attend this next one, but I would be interested in one of those classes to be able to apply for the non-res. permit.

va and pa share reciprocity, you don't need apply for a pa non-res to carry in pa but if you decide to apply for one apply to center county.

I do like that map. Good way to see which permits you need for certain states. Looks like if I go for the non resident FL permit I'll be covered in 4 more states, 2 - AL and GA - that I do need to have.
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...
