I'm not sure I can agree. There was no tofu involved; I didn't see any wasabi, soy sauce or ginger (hmmm possum sashimi!); and there wasn't New York style
anything on the menu!

Oh man, you just need some good cooked meals with wasabi, soy sauce, ginger, etc... 'Course I am half-Japanese and learned to cook with what I had while living in WV, so... it makes for interesting - albeit tasty - fusion food.

Don't you worry! Home-made gyoza, sushi, okonomiyaki, curry and kocha kinoko are staples on our menu!
BONUS man-tip: When your wife says, "I'm craving chicken today..." responding with, "Well the buzzards are still there and I have some bird shot...."; is NOT the right answer!!!!
