The hard part about evaluating the benefits of OC is you can't calculate the number of crimes prevented by criminals not going through with crimes because of the presence of a OC'd gun. Until that is quantified you can't make a claim either way.

I CC about 95% of the time . I use to OC quite a bit until I got a CC permit . I do notice more people OC these day's . Whether I am carrying or not .... I keep an open eye on my surroundings 100% of the time !
