His foreign policy hasn't failed. His objective was to stop the war on Islam, prop up the stronger Muslim countries in the middle-east while stopping attacks on them, and do what he could to reduce the percentage of white Christians in America by importing as many non-whites and Muslims as he can. This strengthens the Democrat base, he's a hero to Islam and the Muslim Brotherhood, and he did his part to force America to be weakened so we don't take the spotlight from Allah and Mohamed. Everything is going as planned.

And what about this part:

"Require background checks for people trying to buy some of the most dangerous weapons and other items through a trust or corporation."

I am in the process of making a SBR, already did a background check on the lower and submitted my papers to the ATF for the completed project. So WTF does the above statement mean from his EO?

And what if I sell a old firearm to a store, does that make me in the business? Do I need a license to sell to a store? The more I look at this he is basically trying to close down any transfers of firearms, cause you know they wont be giving out FFLs that easy.

Some food for thought, go to Wikipedia and look at Rules for Radicals and read the 13 rules, Our prez is well versed in them as well as the Hildebeast as Sal was her mentor in university.

That's a book that's been on my reading list for a while. I think someone came up with a "Rules for Conservative Radicals", too, which applies the basic principles to Conservatism.

I just did an interview with Colleen Quigley at Ch. 12 about this Obama E/O nonsense. Should air tonight at 5 or 6.

I'm just now getting a chance to watch President Weepy-Eyes give his performance. He must have asked for Boo-Hoo Boehner's help on whipping up those fake crocodile tears. And I'm pretty sure he just flipped me off during one of his tear wipes. What a lame excuse for a lying liar.

So he did hand gun owners a treat by removing the CLEO requirement on NFA items, although I haven't dug into the specifics yet. So there's that. Which is nice.

Now we wait for the other one of his loafers to drop.

Retired US Army Lt. Col. Ralph Peters Calls Obama "...a total p'ssy..." (shrugs) He wasn't kidding.

What troubles me? Doctors turning in patients without due process at a loss of civil rights. My concerns are with anti-gun doctors who have no problem "losing business" when they turn in someone who is a gun owner simply on their own "opinion".

Opinions should NEVER carry the weight of LAW! EVER! Be the Executive Orders, or uninformed idea.

Good thing I've already had this talk with my doctor. She's pro-gun and damn proud of it!

I guess we need to start on a "Gun-Friendly Doctor" list to go with our lawyer list.

See... I have absolutely no objections to taking actions that will keep weapons out of the hands of bad guys if only 2 conditions are met.

1.) We do not punish the entire population of the country, restricting the rights of citizens that are not criminals.
2.) The new law would have to actually work. Feel good measures are not going to cut it.

The best way to keep guns out of criminal hands, is to keep criminals away from guns.

Best way to do that; stop releasing dangerous criminals back into the world. Dangerous men (and women, I suppose) will seek out dangerous weaponry.

We have to bear in mind, though, that potentially dangerous is not the same as dangerous. What's going on now, is an attempted, gradual disarming of the citizenry under the guise of "potentially dangerous". The problem with that, of course, is 1) it begs the question of potentially dangerous to whom? And 2) We are ALL potentially dangerous to someone. For example, most of us here are potentially dangerous to a cat burglar or a mugger.

I'm going to put my Judge Public Defender up for sale in a few days... WHY? Because I *can* (and I need the $$ for a new car stereo and Henry 30-30)...

I see a lot more money disappearing into thin air as well as an additional growth of the Federal Police Force that is already trying to justify its existence.

Of course all of the extra agents and law enforcement doesn't mean anything if we're the ones handing out the weapons.

See: Fast and Furious, CA Rep Leeland Yee.

Too bad he doesn't share the same sentiment for Planned Parenthood.

I hope everyone has had a chance to pull their fist out of the wall, sit down and consume a few adult beverages by now. Once you have, take a few minutes to read this about the legality of Weepy McMoistBottom's "executive actions".

Trust me, you'll feel better.

So...basically it is a load of hot air and has no legal weight whatsoever. This whole thing is basically a photo op and an opportunity to needle people he does not like.

For today, yes. It's a photo op and another chance for him to add to his legacy, or something.

But there's more real stuff coming this year. You can be sure of that.
