I can't believe O went on national television and actually said, places with the most gun laws have least amount of gun violence..... :hysterical: I hope a reporter calls him on it the next time he takes questions. It's impossible for him to not know that statement was BS. Yet he says it anyways. Unbelievable imo.
1. I stated kind of jokingly yesterday on the Wapo comments on a Syria story that there would be a mass shooting by the end of the week to cover up this massive failure. I was shocked when it actually happened.
2. Obama let it slip out that we need gun laws mirror Australia and the U.K. Play it back, we all know exactly what it means when he said that but the press is ignoring it.
3. He claimed that places like D.C. and Chicago with the strictest gun laws are the safest which is a flat out lie and exactly opposite of the truth.
4. I am no conspiracy theorist but the fact that Obama has allowed Iran to have its frozen assets, is allowing Russia to eventually dominate the Middle East with China, has invited terrorists to the White House, helped to create ISIS and said in his own book that if a religious war broke out he would side with Muslims makes me believe that there is much more to this and other mass shootings than meet the eye.
5. The identity of the shooter was kept a closely guarded secret but suddenly he is an atheist Republican of mixed race, something that quite frankly does not exist.

I and other smell BS, Michael Savage called it yesterday as well and has been saying earlier this week that something would happen to draw attention away from Syria as well.

You are absolutely right. I* am far from a conspiracy theory guy, but it seems like every major fubar that shines a light on the POTUS is immediately dimmed by a mass shooting within a day or two. Seems like there is a spike in mass shooting in America, but only since he has been in office.

On arrival, LE engaged the shooter and no further lives were taken. Their words, not mine. Had there been a carrier or two available, who knows how many more might have been saved.

To me, it is the greatest of offenses, and in-American as hell, to deny anyone the ability to, at the least, attempt to save him/her self, or others, from a person like this. "Gun Free Zones" my big toe.

I read one article where there was a carrier present. His comment was that when the police showed, they wouldn't know he wasn't the bad guy. A professor pulled a bunch of students into a room, locked it down, and asked if anyone was armed... He stepped up and stood in the breach.

Ahh. I found it again.

As for the article, I believe the title's logic is flawed, but I agree with the carrier's readoning.

Do you carry for self-defense or to be a hero? That is the question!

I read it that he was not present, but would have protected those in his presence...different building, perhaps?

Yes, definitely! You must have matched power to cause counter effect in a situation like this. CC's would be the best way respond.

The POTUS keeps saying how many more of these before we ban all guns? How many more tragedies? He doesn't understand that the more this happens, the more it justifies everyone being armed.

Gun laws don't work. Criminals don't care about the laws. If guns were 100% outlawed, we would possibly have more killings. I mean, the US government can't stop millions of illegal aliens, hundreds of millions of tons of illegal drugs, and thousands of illegal gun from coming into the country every year. Why should I be a victim when the government can't do the only job they have ever been responsible for... protecting Americans?

There it is...the Government cannot provide a sterile environment nor can they provide sufficient manpower for IMMEDIATE response to any such incident...neither are they legally bound to provide such service. Wishful thinking believes otherwise.

Yeah, but that's the kind of thinking that they push in school. Got a problem with another student? Take it to the authority figures. Don't try to handle it yourself. Then, that way of thinking follows students out of school and into life settings.

It didn't work in school, and it doesn't work in the real world. I'm amazed that people think that the type of policies that they watched fail in a grade school setting would work elsewhere.

Changing definitions to meet agendas. Where the games of "good defeating bad" (cops & robbers) become "bullying", then any punishment meted out becomes justifiable.

The hypocrisy in this is garbage. An AOL article described the shooter as hating black people. His mother is black and he shot only white (one Hispanic) Christians. Today they pulled one scraggly liberal who was shot in the hand to refute that only Christians were killed. They are trying desperately to label him as a white supremacist right winger when in truth he was an atheist black man who looked up to the TV reporter shooter and hated Christians.
People are seeing through the garbage and are not responding to it the way they were a few years ago. On a few message forums that liberals frequent I have seen them recently advocating for the forced door to door confiscation of all firearms and putting those who resist in camps or killing them outright. These nuts are becoming more widespread and their agenda is real, and they aren't shy about trying to hide it anymore. Even Obama slipped and said he wants Australia and Great Britain style confiscation laws.

I wonder if we'll see his manifesto...??

Stuff chaps my ass. There are some bad people in the world. Always has been, always will be. Why penalize the people who had nothing to do with it..? You can't protect everybody from everything. Life has some risks involved.

I've never understood how a gun hating ideologue can believe that taking or restricting firearms can & will stop violence from happening. I believe the overwhelming majority of statistics prove this. Chicago, Baltimore, DC, NY pretty much prove this theory wrong.

I love how so many of these anti-2a types, sure cling to some of the other amendments... lol. Those are all correct, & just but, somehow..... the FF's got the 2nd one wrong....lmao.

If we do see it, bets are it is scrubbed and sanitized with inflaming real parts left out.

I don't need to see his manifesto. I saw some of his internet post in some forums. That's all I needed to see to know he is a mixed-race bigot racist who hates his white Christian father for divorcing his black mother and making his life hell. So he lashed out against people "like" his father since he didn't want to (or couldn't easily) kill his parents. End of story.

Have you seen the video of the shooter's father blaming guns for the shooting?
I've been lead to believe this idiot is from the UK. Need I say more?
