I would take a defensive position that I have seen several videos of drones with firearms that can be remotely fired. I thought the camera was a weapon and defended my family. Or... If you could tell it was a camera, I would say that I suspected that there was a child rapist spying on my daughter. I feared that her life was in immediate danger of loss or gross bodily harm. After I disabled the craft, I stood my ground at my home to defined my family against the four men who showed up after admitted to spying on my daughter in my yard. And they can't say they weren't, because how did they know exactly where to go to find the downed craft?
