I don't doubt your riding abilities, but I do doubt the abilities of the driver's behind and around you.

My personal favorite Honda is the VFR800. I like the cruiser/street bike look. May not be as fast, but I don't want to die on a bike.

I assume that you do not know how well those Toyota trucks retain their value. They ALWAYS go for more, lots more, because they are so desirable. Good luck finding one. If I was already in the NAVY and I had a steady source of income coming in then I would definitely buy that bike from you. But, since I don't it is out of my reach right now.

I got a toyota prerunner with 145k miles. My plan is to drive it until the wheels fall off. I figure I got another 100k miles at least. I bought it used with 20k miles in 2000 and no repairs so far other than normal maintenance like oil changes. I can also say (with only a little shame) that I am still running the same tires that rolled off the lot with the truck in 2000. I do need to replace the front ones but they havent fallen off yet...

Same tires for 9+ years? Holy moly. My Z gets new fronts every 8-10 months and new rears about every 9-11 months. Woo Hoo.

^ Z tires (350z im guessing) are different sizes so you cant rotate them
they wear out faster
<-- used to work at a autoshop ugh it sucked lol

Believe it or not the back tires still have plenty of tread. I'm going to put two new ones on the back and move them to the front.

I have a set of 33s that i bought with my F-250 in '94 - use them in the cool seasons -and this fall two of them got blisters and the treads separated. I got to thinking about getting rid of them, and it occurred they might make good backstops for shooting. So I did, and they did... I cut each tire into six pie sections with a sawzall, then nest them together for the backstop. Factory .45ACP 230gr balls will go thru 3 layers and stop against the 4th. Easy cleanup for recycling, I've put 300+ rds into the first set and they're still holding up. Sorry about being off topic, but wanted to share...

Noppers. I own a 1996 300ZX Twin Turbo. My mother owns a 2007 NISMO 350Z #298 of 1500. My tires wouldn't need rotating if they could be rotated anyways. I wear them out WAY too quick to matter there.
