There could be some hope for VA, but one thing that was stupid was the last governor making it easier for felons to vote. By not letting felons vote I am sure dems lose more votes than conservatives. it is legal and constitutional and he should have done it when he had a republican house, senate and governor. PA should do it as well. The city of Philadelphia would be neutralized by this.

Dems want to "out latino" and play race politics repubs should take off the gloves as well.
