When are they going to FIX the system so that it
1) FIX the delays due to common names/issues?
2) Fix their website to accept the FBI UPIN to expedite the process?

So, how many of these arrests lead to a conviction? I mean, cops make mistakes, computers make mistakes, just like crooks make mistakes.

I think this is a *GOOD* thing, it shows that the *CURRENT LAWS* are already working, and we dont need *ANY MORE*!
