Right now, I'm imagining someone hearing the knock, dog goes ape, cracks the door open a bit as the dog is barking near the knee. The Citizen says, "just a secomd, let me handle the dog" as the "yute" steps back a bit eyeing the dog. The Citizen pushes the dog back with a leg, closes/locks the door, then phones an attorney as the "yute" starts banging on the door in protest.
