The Zimmereman verdict was precisely what the media, Sharpton, Jackson and others wanted. After all, if GZ had been found guilty, then we'd all have to get back to paying attention to real news like Benghazi, the IRS, $3.60/gal gas, Obama's attempt to sign in over 3 Million new voters and all that. With GZ not guilty we can continue to be beaten over the head with race, riots and other such things - to be fueled by the tweets of certain Hollywierd stars.

Mourn not overmuch for the trail's ending - it played out exactly according to The Agenda. Exactly.

It's sad, really. Also, somewhat amazing, if you think about it. Begining of last year, who would have thought that following a thuggish looking possible trespasser would have ended up this way?

“The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America. I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher. But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son. And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities. We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin.” - President Obama

Yep, we are. How about taking a step to increase awareness that the thug and criminal life doesn't pay off. How about getting kids off the street at night, keeping them in a good home with solid parenting. How about curbing the racial agendas of groups in America and the freeloading that goes along with it?

Hm, a letter shall be written tonight on paper with ink and sent to my Commander in Chief. We're supposed to voice fixes to failures to our superiors anyways. It shall be signed Petty Officer Harper - 2A supporter.

I agree, and I think we all know, that AIG is correct in stating that "it is far from over." GZ's life as he knows it is really over. He is a nationally known figure who may have a difficult time finding a quiet place to live for the next 10-20 years. Who hires the infamous? Regardless of the fact that justice worked in this case, he will not be permitted to lead a normal life. He can help himself by staying out of the lime-light, refusing all requests for interviews. We'll see how he handles his new-found infamy. Good luck to him and his family.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Justice Department said Sunday it is looking into the shooting death of Trayvon Martin to determine whether federal prosecutors will file criminal civil rights charges now that George Zimmerman has been acquitted in the state case.

Roughly 40% more people concur with the jury at the time of this post.

I feel bad that this guy is going to have to look over his shoulder the rest of his life. He can't even relocate to live a normal life.

Well I'd move some place like Va and then wear a bullet proof vest 24/7 and open carry a a high cap firearm like an uzi or bull pup ar15. The reason being that 1: whoever is going to attempt to kill him will do it openly and upclose so that they become "the guy that killed Zimmerman" and 2: the main reason to open carry a firearm is as a deterrent first and defensive weapon second. So it would make them think twice or force to take a shot from a distance improving the chances that they'll miss or because they're in Va get shot by another gun owner.

But either way I would not hide and give them the satisfaction of knowing I'm scared!

Zimmerman got his gun back and keeps his permit - that's good.

When will police chief Bill Lee get his job back?

He could relocate to TX or AZ and be pretty safe. He just needs to go where he can carry and blend in. If he is smart, he will be alright. He won't have a job like most people, but he can sue a few POS's (NBC, CBS, etc) and write a book, give a few interviews, then live simply and stay out of the way.

Maybe Sheriff Joe out in Maricopa County, AZ will give him a job.

Think I saw where ABC is going to have an exclusive interview of Zimmerman tonight. Sounds like we can expect another ambush in the dark.

Why would he do that so soon? These people hate him. If one knows where an ambush is...one is absent for the ambush. This is not the time nor the venue. He needs a quiet place to lay low for a while. A beach house in Corpus Christi or a mountain side cabin in Salt Lake City.

He could be in either of those places with a decent Internet connection and a webcam.

By "ambush in the dark", I was referring to the hatchet job I would expect ABC to do on him. That said, you are entirely correct.
