So far, so good...immediate confirmation of the order, followed by an e-mail notification of shipment, and an e-mail this morning from Fed Ex with tracking progress. Should arrive within 1 week of order placement.

Received my package on Tuesday. Pretty good since it went coast to coast. Little expense but hey, I'm not paying the Walmart Ammo Trolls.

Good God those guys piss me off. It doesn't help when the trolls have friends there helping them.
My friend was at wal-mart and he watch the manager sell his buddy 2 shopping carts full of rifle and hund gun ammo, completely wiping out the entire fresh stock. When my friend complained and pointed out the signs all over that list a 3 box limit, he was told... "sorry, manager's discretion."

That manager needs to be reported to corporate. He's probably getting paid kickbacks from the trolls.

IMHO, there's not doubt this is happening frequently based on the number of people you see selling large amounts of the same types ammo when the rest of us can't find anything.

holding back stock to sell to friends is a fireable offense. I have people that I know that work Walmart and they get warned about doing this very thing every Christmas. All stock is suppose to be put on display and sold openly. Report the bum!

My shipment arrived right on schedule. I had no problems at all with this transaction. I paid a bit more than I would have liked, but still much less than is being advertised elsewhere.

Just a quick follow-up to report that my order arrived today...well packed and 3 days ahead of the scheduled delivery date!
Very pleased.

Looks like those of us who ordered are satisfied, other than it being a little more expensive. Like I said before, at least I'm not paying the Walmart Ammo Trolls - I guess it's just a matter of principal.

Grab your phone, record the transaction, post on youtube, email walmart...problem solved.

Once again, in the time it takes Palmetto's servers to move me through the checkout, the ammo in the cart sells out. Between these guys and Midway, why do I bother any more?

In case anyone is interested (and a little desperate) 9mmammo.com
http://www.9mmammo.com/ammo-by-caliber/ ... 22-lr.html has CCI Mini-Mag .22LR in stock...as of 11:12pm May 4th, 2013. It's a bit pricy though - $23.90 per 100 round box. I bought from them a few weeks ago...the service was good, but I paid $19.00 per hundred then...I'm going to pass on this higher price they're now charging.

Warrenton Arms and Outdoors had a few .22lr Remington 525 bulk packs today. Around $38 out the door.

As of right now (Friday, 17 May 13 @ 2140hrs) Midway USA had 500 round bricks of Remington Thunderbolt, and Remington Hyper Velocity .22 Long Rifle ammunition in stock (1 brick limit each). Prices were "old days" at $20.99 and $34.99 respectively. I was fortunate enough to get 1 brick of each.

Ever see what it takes to get a bad rating from the BBB? Gosnell's clinic probably still has a least a "B+" rating. </sarcasm>

I just picked up 650 rounds of Federal 22 LR 40 Gr at Wal-Mart for $24! And they had plenty remaining when I left. My buddy Scott has picked up a bunch of 223 and 556 locally for a great price too. Looks like things around my area may be getting better.
I'm glad the OP posted the link because I couldn't find any local before, but good Lord, I hope that's the last time I need to use it. 3.6 cents a round is a lot better than 13.6 cents a round.

Walmart in Petersburg had about 15 bxs. 325 rd. Federal for $14.24....I picked up 3 plus 3 bxs. Winchester .45 acp and a bx. Remington 30.06 . I had never seen this saleslady before, she just grabbed everything I asked for.....I should have kept going but I didn't want to push my luck !!!
