Corporations have started to hire OLDER workers, because the YOUNGER ones aren't worth anything, need constant reassurance, and expect to be promoted no matter their job performance.

With that in mind, it begs the question, "WHAT TOOK THEM SO LONG?!?"

Considering the lack of competition, and "nurtured" environ of schools, how long before being PRO-GUN becomes the new "PREJUDICE"!?
