Well I did not retire with a 100% conviction rate only 99.9% I lost one prostitution case because the court clerk put down the wrong statue on the case and the judge threw it out.

I kept the stats for my unit in Vice and can remember the year of 1983, myself and 2 of my Detectives had 1863 arrest with a 100% conviction rate. Atlantic City was overrun with Hooker's for several year's and I was tasked with cleaning them out.

Same situation I think. She could be pulled over and maybe she would innocently consent to a search, thinking nothing is wrong. In either case, she'd more than likely get charged. Either way, leaving the gun in the glovebox is a bad idea.
