do a bit of searching on the net, and you can find lots of how-to's.

nutshell version, you have to mill out the fire control area, and drill all the holes that go through the fire control area.

Very difficult without a milling machine, or a drilling fixture to use a drill press.

Yeah I'm guessing not hand drill stuff!

People have done it with a hand drill using the jig and taking it extra slow and carefully. (check some of the posts on cncguns.com) Is it the most optimum solution, no. But if it is all you have, that is all you have. Remember that there were guns made back before there was electricity, so it is possible to make a firearm with hand tools. But I have to admit, electricity and power tools make the job a heck of a lot easier.

Now if you want a real challenge, try milling out that 80% lower with one of these

Looks a little to easy. What is the draw back?
Can someone turn an 80% lower into a full auto and still be legal?

No per the ATF full auto is a class III whether you make it or not. Also no grandfather.

the finished product is dependent on your ability to hold tolerances.
