The Associated Press has picked up the story and the Rutherford Institute in C'ville is looking into this. Looks like local TV is now paying attention too.

He was moved 3 hours away because the VA facility would not take him unless he voluntarily committed himself. That speaks volumes about the travesty going o here.

I am hoping some of the Super Pacs use this injustice in their ads. Video of him being led away in handcuffs while the words "Fight in Iraq and Afghanistan, it doesn't matter to Obama. Cross him and his government.....he will take your freedoms".

More precisely, has he changed his name to "SUE", because I rarely think people should, but in this case?

Just sue the every loving crap outta them... He was put under duress WITHOUT CAUSE!

ILLEGAL DETAINMENT!

Pay attention Federal spies! You do NOT have a "free reign" over the "slaves".

"Police — acting under a state law that allows emergency, temporary psychiatric commitments upon the recommendation of a mental health professional — took Raub to the John Randolph Medical Center in Hopewell. He was not charged with any crime."

......Aaaand there, for all intents and purposes, goes the right to keep and bear arms. Worry any of you?

BUT DUH CRAZEE PEOPLES SHULDNT HAV GUNZS!1!1111!!!!11

Mark my words the "mental health" limitation on the right to bear arms will be a backdoor to severely restricting the 2A for many many undeserving people.

All ya gotta do is say something someone else doesn't like that they can twist into a "safety issue" and, voila; you're out.

Then I think we need to put our pens to paper, our fingers to keyboards, and figure out how to phrase it so crazy people can get help without losing their Constitutional rights....

Temporary losing them to be declared "sane" is BACKWARDS!

I'm sure we're all on list somewhere.

The difference is, free men do not fear the law, or the government, nor should they. I think with Oath Keepers, and the guys I know in the military who are strict constitutionalists, those aren't who I truly have concern.

I am concerned about Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement. I have to deal with them rather frequently, and usually I stay on business topics, but their "Us" (LEOS) vs "Them" (The public) mentality kind of has me concerned.

They don't see themselves as citizens, but something higher. And it's not ALL of them, but enough that I think mob mentality will over take the ones I know who ARE NOT!

I know from Katrina, the police were NOT your friend! Definitely!

I was going to be on a list anyway. I homeschool my kids. I go to church on at least a weekly basis. I vote R most of the time. Heck I have even been known to give my kids a swat on the tail when they have been totally out of line or endangering themselves or others. So there was no way I was not getting on a list sometime or other. Just hoping the SHTF can wait a while longer.
