SURELY that would just come under "tastefully furnished".
Any interior decorator worth their salt would tell you every room needs accent pieces to set the mood.

Already have the loaded firearm in every area of my home. I'm never more than a few steps or a reach from one of my "friends". Now as to the arsenal discussion, I don't know I haven't got there yet. I think it'll take at least another fifty years to qualify as having an arsenal. This is my opinion and not some liberal nut or books!

The number that constitutes an arsenal really isn't important. What's more relevant, is how "arsenal" is perceived.

Take the perception of pit bulls. My perception of pit bulls is that they tend to be giant puppies. My father, on the other hand, views them as ferocious beasts. I've spent time with actual pit bulls; my father has read stories about pit bulls attacking without warning.

When the media says "arsenal", they are wanting the audience to hear "a ridiculously large number of guns", because that's what typically comes to mind when someone says "arsenal". Since the same media has painted such an evil picture of guns, you can imagine how an audience might react to the thought of guns in large numbers. So, when some guy is arrested, and they find that he's in possession of 3 antique Derringers, they'll report that he has an arsenal (which is technically correct) in order to sway you. Unless, of course, he's in the "protected class".
