I'm an insurance broker and to hear someone claim that Obamacare hasn't started yet is laughably absurd! Even more laughable is to believe that it's purpose is to drive down costs!

I'm sorry, you are right, of course. I was referring to the individual mandates and the guaranteed coverage provisions, which is what I mostly hear people unhappy about when they mention Obamacare.
