If you got a good deal or great service from a shop or range and you want to brag about them, here's the place to do it. Likewise, if you are unhappy about someone's service or feel like you've been ripped off, we want to know that too!

I gave my business to someone else already. They weren't too concerned when I talked to their customer service, which was the icing on the cake. I understand mistakes are made, but if the customer service isn't there, I can't bring myself to give them my money I worked hard for. I'll stick to my local guys, that I see behind the counter and know by name.

This isn't anything new, all online retailers do this you just never notice that because they normally have plenty of stock, not just one item.

The big reason for it is because on most sites items can sit in your cart indefinitely. I actually made a quote for some things at work on fastenal over 6 months ago and if i go back there the items are still in the cart.

So they have to work on a first pay first serve basis because they have no way of knowing if you are actually buying something or just putting it in your cart to get an idea of cost.

galleryofguns.com

That is all.

if they are out of stock, you give em your email, and they notify you when they get a SHIPMENT, not just one gun at a time like other silly websites.

I stock watched an HK45 from them for like 3 months, when they finally emailed me to let me know they got some in, they had more then 80 of them.

None of that silly cart stuff either. Go galleryofguns, and you will NOT be disappointed.

Count me as one who has had good experiences with Bud's. Sorry you didn't. I had a similar thing happen to me once, but I just figured it was the bad luck of me being one of twenty people that wanted one item, so I didn't bother calling them or anything. Maybe they had it in their cart before you, and you were the one trying to snake it from them? Virtually, of course.

I have bought several items from them without trouble.
