Nah, I know there's a few who refuse to leave the bubble, but everyone else is fine. The great thing about elections is that there is plenty of data to go through by organizations with far greater research budgets than I have. You can either choose to accept the data and learn from it for the next election or not.

I am not sure... are these comments directed toward me personally?

Well it is all over now and a new fight begins.I want to thank all of you for welcoming me to your forum. Most of all thanks for standing up for your rights and mine.It makes no difference to me that you are there and i am here.I take comfort in the fact that there are true patriots like yourselves out there. From experience i hope you all can find common ground and stick together in this.I do not think there is any hope here in ny,but you guys still have a fighting chance.Unfortunately for people like me the only choice now is to run,or possibly be arrested after january 15th as i refuse to register my scary assault weapons. One of those scary assault weapons carries one of the greatest if not the greatest memory for me.Just before my grandfather died i was given a winchester m1 carbine that was carried by him through italy during ww2.There are not enough words to describe how i felt then when a family member presented that to me.And now the law states i have to register it why, because it has a bayonet lug.And upon my death it can not be transferred to anyone within ny state, even a family member.I say without remorse that it will be a cold day in hell before i allow any bloodsucking liberal the honor of even breathing on that gun.The time for all of us to stand together and say NO is now.

Thanks remek,i am sure you and others do not want to hear my rant but hear goes.I am 37 years old in good health and pay $180 dollars a month for my healthcare with a $1200 deductible. My salary is just under $40,000 a year(The liberals new definition of rich apparently) I just received a letter in the mail on friday telling me how my insurance will be canceled on dec 31st.And thanks to mr obama my new affordable rate is a bronze plan that will cost me $340 dollars a month with a $5000 dollar deductible I AM PISSED.It is not just gun control it is every facet of life as we know it that is eroding daily thanks most in part to liberals. My hatred of all democrats even if they are pro gun is beyond comparison.I do not even want to be in the same room as them.

If you don't mind making some minor mods to it, they do great on a 1/4 mile drag strip, and we have a bunch of drag strips!

I haven't ridden a snowmobile in years!! Definitely not enough snow here - or keep a good supply of slide rails and carbides available!

I'd opt for AK first, unless you have a problem with a lot of dark in the winter. Feigning that, MT, WY, and UT seem nice for laws and the snow.

AK is actually not a bad choice. If I was a pilot and had my own plane so that getting back to the US (family and such) was not such an issue I'd seriously consider it.

Yup my exile is already in motion.I received a good job offer in south dakota. If things go my way i will be out of here in a few weeks.I went as far as downgrading from my pickup truck to a smaller suv because u haul and other truck rental outfits do not have a car trailer big enough for a pickup. The moving companies cost way to much. But i still have to hire someone to take my boat and classic car out, does anyone know anybody that does that for a reasonable price? Guess it would not hurt to ask.Once i establish my residency i plan on getting my first handgun. There is nothing that would bar me from doing that here, but the laws are way to restrictive so i never even bothered.I did at one time consider west virginia, but i just want out of the northeast and east coast all together. You guys have some beautiful country down there.I was kind of joking about the whole snowmobile thing. As much as i love the winter wonderland i could live without it.Besides wv being a red state,i could never move to another blue state. After 37 years of this i had enough. The deep south would def be way to hot for me lol.

No, it's the "It's all someone else's fault and I have absolutely no responsibility in the my failures" whine.

So get off your f'ing high horse and accept that your party and your candidate bear responsibility for their choices they made. Blaming others for your own shortcomings is the essence of whining.

Actually, the fact that our new Governor is a Socialist Lib that is so far left that Nanny Bloomberg himself was willing to spend millions of his own money to BS his buddy into offices is EVERYONE'S fault. If you voted or not; regardless of who you voted for; collectively, we all failed.

The cancer is spreading and liberty is dying because Americans keep electing people to think for them, provide for them, and take care of them. This is the exact opposite of Liberty. Why is this so hard for some people to understand?

Precisely this is a group fail on all of us. Personally I think the Sarvis people were duped into voting for a poser, but you are free to disagree with me. Now when one gets punched in the gut you have two choices, stay on the ground and stay defeated or catch your breath, get up, wipe off your face and get back in there.

It was a bad beat. It hurts like a busted nose. But if we give up, that is it. They win. I am hoping we can assume a fighting position and beat the tar out of them in the mid-terms and find a way to develop a long term strategy to take back this country. Starting here.
