I'm guessing that the Speaker was happy he could eject that congressman for a dress code violation, when on the inside he wished he could eject him for talking out his butt. What kind of congressman uses the floor to say things like "WWB," for "walking while black," and "GC" for "gated community?" I'm amazed at the rhetoric being unleashed on the floor of Congress by elected officials. You'd think they forgot they have those positions by being elected!

If it were up to these libs, this "uncalled for," "racist attack" and subsequent "execution" of Trayvon (their words) would have already resulted in Zimmerman being found guilty and sentenced to life in prison -- not the death penalty because after all they don't believe in that!. (Technically they think the prisons are overcrowded by the racial profiling of police officers, so putting Zimmerman in prison for life is another contradiction of their beliefs, but who's counting?). In their perfect, Utopian world, who needs "innocent until proven guilty" in a socialist society anyway? Ze State vill tell you vhat you kan and kannot do or zhink.

On the contrary, the ejected congressman, Bobby Rush, is the Representative from CHICAGO (IL 1st district) who is also a former Blank Panther (and cofounded an IL chapter of the BP's)... he certainly didn't forget that he was elected; he is playing PRECISELY to the voters in his district, who knew of his associations when they elected him.

dude, are you serious? lol. you're still on that. you were wrong. you mistakenly presumed that i sill live in chicago when i gave no mention to that support that presumption. i used "this is chicago" in direct relation to the way streets are structured: meaning how i was able to walk where i was walking and still see the homeless man on the other side of the street.

it's like when people say things like "this is (x) we're talking about." or if someone asks "are we talking about (x)?" and the response is "yes, this is (x) we're talking about." or "yes, this is (x).".

i was just lurking and had to respond to that. please let it go, dude.

nonetheless, a lot of interesting information has surfaced (including a tape of zimmerman after the shooting) since my last post. information which has completely changed my entire opinion on what may have happened.

very interested in what will happen next.

It is a fail statement just for the fact that if someone is following doesn't give you the right to turn around and sucker punch someone. Image if you were in a mall fallowing behind someone for a few stores, could they turn around and start a fight with you? Stand your ground implies to the act of physical violence and being able to do what ever is necessary to either get away or neutralize the threat. Yes I do believe that Zimmerman was wrong as to leaving his property to follow him, but doesn't he live there and own the right to walk in the same neighborhood? There is just way to much of this story that we don't know, like how did they go from in the road to behind the houses? Plus how many times have you( or seen kids say fu) to adults then run off, I'm sure it's allot and what most likely might have happened here. Also what really makes me sick is the fact they are only showing the webster photo's of trayvon and nothing up to date, also how the family doesn't like the reports of him and trouble at his school, but yet they are talking about how many times Zimmerman has called the police and him wanting to be a cop. This whole situation reminds me of the movie "Boys in the Hood" where Trey is sent to live with his father for getting in trouble, it just seems way to ironic in this situation.

So hence the "Fail comment", plus it really doesn't make sense why you are on this site especially looking at the date you joined. So in my OPINION you are nothing but a "TROLL" that found this site cause of the topic only. If you really want to help anyone why don't you go and help fight the tragic deaths from automobiles from unlicensed illegal immigrants and people with suspended or revoked ones. They seem to be on the rise and will only get worse until cars are banned!!!

In the first instance, ABC aired a video of Zimmerman arriving at the police station. The reporter blandly announced that the video showed Zimmerman had no injuries, a theme picked up by every local news outlet here in Philly. In fact, the video showed a large wound on the back of Zimmerman's head. Why didn't viewers notice it? Because ABC covered the wound with an on-screen graphic!

In the second instance, it appears that NBC's "Today" show purposely misrepresented the contents of an audio clip in a manner prejudicial to Zimmerman. From the Washington Post:

NBC told this blog today that it would investigate its handling of a piece on the “Today” show that ham-handedly abridged the conversation between George Zimmerman and a dispatcher in the moments before the death of Trayvon Martin. A statement from NBC: “We have launched an internal investigation into the editorial process surrounding this particular story.”

As exposed by Fox News and media watchdog site NewsBusters, the “Today” segment took this approach to a key part of the dispatcher call:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.

Here’s how the actual conversation went down:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?

Zimmerman: He looks black.

G.Z. is being railroaded as a sacrificial victim to the blame whitey firsters.

I guess few will wait until the investigation is complete to cast bigoted ascertions.

A tip to Crimeline has led to the arrests of two men in a brutal beating that occurred a week ago in the Midway community east of Sanford.

Julius Ricardo Bender, 18, and Yahaziel Isaac Israel, 19, face charges of attempted first-degree murder, burglary with assault or battery and armed burglary.

The victim, a 50-year-old Winter Springs man whose name has not been released, is on life-support at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Deputies were called to the area of Lincoln Street and Beardall Avenue about 6:30 p.m. March 26 to investigate a report of a man being beaten, Seminole County Sheriff's spokeswoman Heather Smith said.

They found the victim in the woods on the north side of Lincoln Street.

According to arrest affidavits:

A witness told deputies he heard someone screaming for help and saw two men pull the victim from his vehicle. He said he watched as one man held the victim and the other beat him in the head with a hammer.

After they dragged the victim into the woods, the men drove away in his sport utility vehicle, which was later found abandoned about a half-mile away on Garbo Jack Lane.

Investigators got a break in the case Thursday, when a tip to Crimeline named Bender and gave the street name of the second suspect.

On Friday, investigators learned Israel's fingerprints had been found both inside and outside of the victim's vehicle.

The witness was shown photo lineups and picked out Bender and Israel as the men he saw beating the victim. He said Bender was the man wielding the hammer.

Both men were arrested late Friday.
