Lee 3 jaw chuck for Zip Trim

I have a Lee 3 jaw chuck for a Lee Zip Trim that I bought and do not need. I don't have a Zip trim but had bought the drill bit adapter for the case trimmers and thought this would fit on that... it doesn't. Could any of you use it?
