Add Link To Resources

How about adding a link to the Virginia State Board of Election to our list of online resources. This will provide members and visitors to VGOF with the information they need to register to vote in upcoming elections. Not to mention the location of their nearest polling place.

To quote the NRA, the future of our freedom is at stake in Virginia this November. Every vote can make the difference between winning and losing. Get out and make your vote count!!!.

I think it's a good idea to do that. Maybe put it under Political Action Contact and rename that Political Action Resources or something like that though. Our Resources list seems to be geared specifically towards firearm related resources. It seems like we have had several members that have recently moved to VA. I think there may have been one or two that were about to move here also. It'd be helpful to them.
