ROADWARRIOR - NetEng - Lead Integrator

I am working with a very fast growing federal integrator of VoIP OSS & management systems to fill a fairly senior, leadership position. The position is billed as a “Network Engineer” but is really so much more. This person will be a lead installer & integrator responsible for the install and turn up of servers, network gear, connectivity, VoIP Switches, OS, application and database installation. They will lead an install team of about 4 other technicians.

Must Haves:
• ROAD WARRIOR – can be on the road anywhere from days to weeks at a time. When not on the road, the position is centered in Gaithersburg, MD. Sorry, no remote or telework possibilities.
• Very high degree of proficiency in Windows Servers, Cisco Network Gear, Dell hardware, application and relational data base installation.
• Highly familiar with VMs
• Familiar with JITC (http://jitc.fhu.disa.mil/) standards for interoperability.
• Have lead small integration teams in the recent past
• At least A+ or Network+
• Clearable to DoD SECRET
• Did I mention *ROAD WARRIOR*?????

Desired:
• Security + or CISSP
• Current DoD SECRET
• Familiarity with voice switches
• Cisco certification

The client is willing to train in voice switches and is willing to sponsor for clearance. However, having one or the other is better. This is an accelerated hire as the client is feeling the thrill of rapid expansion. Any resume submitted must have listed available time for immediate interview.
