It starts going downhill around the 6:30 mark. The conversation really takes a turn for the worse around 13:20. Discuss...

Re: Duty to Notify?
I've only gotten pulled over once since I received my CHP. It was for speeding at around 2:30 AM somewhere near Manassas (I just wasn't paying attention to the speedo and there were no other cars on the road to help me gauge my speed.) I didn't notify the trooper and he didn't say anything even after running my driver's license. He even cut me a break on the ticket.

I believe this was already posted and the cop has since taken a "Medical Leave".

Re: Duty to Notify?
The citizen was pretty cool and did exactly the right thing. Did the cop even know he was being recorded by his own dash cam? Idiots like that have no business roaming the streets much less carrying a badge and a gun. Whole thing makes me want to puke...simply disgusting...this is why I bristle around LEI even when they are trying to "help" me.
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...
