I just sent a message to Obama regarding Cap and Trade. You can too. Browse to:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

Enter the requested information and your message. Chances are he will never see it but someone there will.

Remind him that he promised no tax hikes and that he would allow ALL bills to be reviewed by we the people before he considered signing them. Also remind him NOT to break ANOTHER promise. The current administration thinks we are a minority and have turned a deaf ear. Let's show them differently, who we are, and what we stand for - AMERICA.

Today: Send a message to the president

Monday: Call both senators

When you get the chance: See VBshooters message above and send thank you notes to the reps that voted NO. Send rebukes to those that voted YES. Remind them that we get a vote soon too.

Here's a copy of the note I just sent congressman connolly. Feel free to copy and modify as you see fit.

Dear Congressman Connolly, I see that you supported the Cap and Trade bill. Did you have an opportunity to read the proposed legislation? I hope that you can assure me that my taxes will not be increased if this bill passes. I already pay too much. You need to spend the money I already give you more wisely. Please remember that we the people get a vote soon too and we are coming. If you continue to support unprecedented spending and taxing I urge you to consider where you might be on the day after the next election. Sincerely DK

The time for writing Congressmen is over for now. The next battle for them is the Healthcare stuff.

Virginia's two DEMOCRAT PARTY Senators need to hear from us now.

Those 2 don;t seem to give a rat's butt about the voters,, Almost 100% of votes with the party,,, They both sold us out on the Holder and Koh votes and it is gonna take some serious persuasion to get them to vote for the people and not the Democrats next toilet flush for this country , I started pounding on them a while back and am gonna keep it up till they hate to see or hear my name !!

Doesn't surprise me about Warner. I had hopes that Webb might have a little more sense though.
