My savage .308 tactical setup
My savage .308 tactical setup
Got my .308 savage tactical today. Got one hell of a deal on her. This rifle, two scopes, a sling and a 20" barrel never attached, all for under $500.00 . It's got the accutrigger set at 20 oz. and the scope on it now is a mildot. The second scope is a long range "target" scope. I'm told (and will prove this weekend) it's a sub moa rifle with the heavy barrel. I can't wait to fly some lead!

You got a deal. I have never seen a savage that wasn't a sub moa shooter. Even my .223 pencil barrel was before I put the 6x45 shilen on it.
Re: My savage .308 tactical setup
Thanks for the replies, no the gun is not "warm". A gentleman in NC fell on hard times and is selling all of his guns and even the gunsafe. I did an actual ffl transfer with state police endorsement on this purchase. I was actually in the right place at the right time with the necessary funds for once!
I will be adding pictures of the bipod and new scope I just put on it.
