H.RES.351 - Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that a Federal statute requiring firearm registration would unduly burden the Second Amendment right of the people to keep and bear arms. This resolution just went (12 June) to the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties and is being cosponsored by VA Reps Nye and Periello. We need to send them thank you notes and urge the others to also get behind this action.

Congressman Nye has been very good on our gun rights,,He was also one of the 35 Congressman who told Eric Holder No Way on an assault wepaons ban,, For a Junior Congressman he has a pair of cajones for sure!
