Need gunsmith help for SBR project

If you got a good deal or great service from a shop or range and you want to brag about them, here's the place to do it. Likewise, if you are unhappy about someone's service or feel like you've been ripped off, we want to know that too!

Need gunsmith help for SBR project

Post by burkeman »

I'm planning my first SBR project; a Yugo M92 AK pistol to get a side-folding stock, etc. Can anyone recommend a gunsmith that can do a good job of removing the rear trunion from the NoDak Spud stamped reciever and installing the new stock mount? Thanks.

Try Dale's guns in Powhatan, Va. His number is: 804-794-8208
He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He has done some custom gunsmithing for me in the past and he's only gotten better.

I'm not sure if AKs are something Dale does much work on, but you can certainly ask.

If not I can probably come up with some other possibilities for you.
