Got to love this one

they say that it will be run by private companies BUT the U.S. Commerce Department will have authority over thos companies and therfore GOVERMENT RUN!
President Obama is planning to hand the U.S. Commerce Department authority over a forthcoming cybersecurity effort to create an Internet ID for Americans
