Since all the leftwing kooks want to put wind farms off the coast of Va.....why can't someone develop a wind farm that can also pump oil from the ocean bed?

I get a wind farm going every evening after supper. It drives Young crazy...and it can indeed make you go green - anywhere in Virginia even... 
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...

The best place for a wind farm in Virginia is on our northern border next to Washington D.C.
