Jimmy's a pleasant guy, and I'm sure he really means to do right. But the long and short of it is, he doesn't. I know of a couple of other people he's stiffed, so it's definitely a pattern.
If I were to buy something from a retailer, I'd want to know that his promise to stand behind it is worth something. I am (very reluctantly) of the opinion that Jimmy's word is worthless. I wouldn't buy anything at his shop, even though he's a nice guy.
