ALERT: As you know, Barack Obama's regime has filed a lawsuit against SB 1070, the Arizona law that made it against the law to be an illegal alien in Arizona, which Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law in April and is considered one of the nation's toughest immigration-enforcement measures.

Of course, illegal immigration SHOULD already BE a crime -- but supporters of illegal immigration DON'T CARE about common-sense laws!

Now, things are getting even WORSE -- the very liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling last Monday, allowing nearly a dozen Latin American countries -- Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Chile -- to JOIN IN on this ridiculous lawsuit and submit "friend-of-the-court" briefs in Obama's challenge to SB 1070, which Brewer signed into law in April and is considered one of the nation's toughest immigration-enforcement measures.

Thousands and thousands of messages have been sent already to Congress and state leaders around the nation, urging them to SUPPORT the Arizona law -- and it's starting to work! In state after state -- Florida, Virginia, Utah, Missouri, and more -- support is building for Arizona-style laws fighting illegal immigration!

Simply put, the new Arizona law will make it a crime under State law to be in the country illegally. It will also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants. Other provisions of the bill allow lawsuits against government agencies that hinder enforcement of immigration laws, and make it illegal to hire illegal immigrants for day labor or knowingly transport them. As Gov. Brewer said when signing the law, this "protects every Arizona citizen," and she said the state MUST act because the federal government has FAILED.

"We in Arizona have been more than patient waiting for Washington to act," Brewer said after signing the law. "But decades of inaction and misguided policy have created a dangerous and unacceptable situation."

EXACTLY. Arizona alone spends $3 billion a year to educate, medicate and incarcerate illegal aliens. But, as has happened with every other State facing this invasion, the federal government has done NOTHING to stop the flow of illegals from the south.

Of course, the response from Barack Hussein Obama and his liberal cronies in Congress was exactly as expected: cries of "racism" and "profiling," instead of listening to the voices of the American people DEMANDING they enforce the laws that are already on the books. In fact, numerous polls show a HUGE majority of public support for this new law, and many polls conducted over the last few years show that 81% of Americans believe that "local and state police should help federal authorities enforce laws against illegal immigration" -- EIGHTY-ONE PERCENT!

But despite all of this, supporters of illegal immigration -- including the Obama administration's own Justice Department -- are trying to REVERSE Arizona's law, STOP Congress from enforcing existing laws, SUE the State in court, and PREVENT any other State from passing a law like Arizona's -- and now they're allowing FOREIGN COUNTRIES like Mexico to JOIN that lawsuit! And that means WE have to take action NOW!

(Obviously the 13 dead in Mexico who attended the 15-year-old's birthday party in Ciudad Jauarez Friday (a gun free zone) should have stayed home.

This year, in ONE city in Mexico, alone in that gun-free zone over 2,000 people were killed, and additionally attacks on law enforcement in Ciudad Juarez this year have killed 44 city officers, 21 state officers, 29 federal policemen, 3 transit officers, 3 prison officers and 2 investigators for prosecutors.

Good thing guns are illegal there, if it wasn't a "gun-free zone" it could be a violent place..

Pure "avoidance" through agoraphobia is not a logical, nor a practical answer. Why do you think they call it a "home invasion?"

The better solution is to allow persons the freedom to live their lives while recognizing they have a right to protect themselves from evil should their own life be threatened. )

Or, maybe Brazil ... Brazil has 100 million fewer citizens than the United States, and more restrictive gun laws, there are 50% more gun deaths.
A CDC Study on firearms deaths lists Brazil as the second country in firearms death rate.
Brazil has one of the most rigid gun control laws in the world.
Since 1936 all firearms must be registered.


The gun-free Mexico follows the rationale that fewer guns = less crime.
Everyone stay home.
Everyone there will feel safer now.

1) Guns are illegal in Mexico
2) The police and cartels still have guns
3) reduce the number of guns to have less crime
4) disarm the law-abiding citizens AND police
